Dungeoneers Guild Games (DGG) does not accept returns or exchanges of print books or eBook PDFs.
If your print book arrives damaged, or your eBook PDF download fails or cannot be opened, contact DGG for a replacement of the same product.
Email dungeoneersguildgames@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
