Now something evil stirs in the town of Bal-Curz — strange happenings of malefic magics and persons disappearing in the night. The fearful townsfolk whisper that its source stems from the Black Tower. Possibly a few bold heroes could investigate the tower to uncover its secrets and put an end to this unseen terror?

About the Module
Tower of the Black Sorcerers
For 4–8 characters of levels 5–8 (about 40 levels total)
In this adventure, the player characters investigate a sinister tower occupied by a cabal of sorcerers. Located within a town, the Game Master can easily place this structure in any urban setting within their campaign world. The tower’s halls conceal magical laboratories, secret chambers, and the dark ambitions of its ruthless inhabitants.
Artwork
Original black-and-white illustrations by Bradley K. McDevitt, Ryan Jack Allred, Matthew Ray, and Russ Nicholson (of Fiend Folio fame). The interior art is rendered in classic old-school ink style. The cover by Bradley K. McDevitt depicts one of the black sorcerers defending his tower against marauding adventurers.
